Sajal Sanjay Bhagat is a Master’s student of Immersive Media Design at MIT Institute of Design, MIT Art, Design and Technology University, Pune. His main interest is to study how ancient Indian theatre ideas can be used in modern virtual and immersive media. He was involved in theatre during his childhood, which created his interest in performance and emotions, and later inspired him to study Nāṭyaśāstra, rasa theory, and virtual theatre.
